Conditions

Open a MANI-Line account online on the MANIFONE website and to have broadband internet and at least one free analog port on the company PBX at the head-office.

Usage
|
|
| |
You install the MANI-BOX at the head-office in country A, and connect it to the Internet
as well as to an analog port of your company PBX (just like the way you connect a phone handset to it).
Usage #1: From your mobile phone in country B, you call the local MANIFONE Access Number at a local tariff.
You will get authenticated by your caller ID or by entering your PIN code, and then you are
asked to "enter the number you wish to call". The call then gets dialed out on the head-office's
landline, which the MANIBOX is connected to. It is also possible to get the internal phone of the desired
contact by dialing direct local numbers (Direct Numbers feature).
Usage #2: From an IP-Phone, a WIFI PDA or a Softphone (eg X-lite) configured with your
MANI-Line account paramteres, you can directly call the internal extension. |

The company UK & Co Ltd exports 90% of its production. To assist its international network
of distributors, it rented offices in Germany, Spain and Italy, the countries with
most turnover. Each salesman abroad calls the head-office in London at least 20 times a day.
UK & Co Ltd has opened 3 MANI-Line accounts and connected 3 MANI-BOXES to its PBX in London.
When Hans in Germany, Julio in Spain or Andrea in Italy want to call their
head-offices from their mobile phones, they first call a local MANIFONE Access Number
in their country, and they dial the internal extension number of the department they
want to reach (like 101 for shipping, 103 for engineering, etc). It is the lines
of the PBX in London that the MANI-BOX is connected to, that relay the calls.
This way for 30 Euros a month (10 Euros per MANI-Line subscription) UK & Co Ltd
allows his salesmen outside the UK to call all their collegues based in the headquarters
in London using their mobile phones at a price of a local call in their country. |
